27 year old female. Presented with abdominal pain, nausea and bloating. Ca125 120, other tumour markers including germ cell markers normal. USS large complex intra-abdominal mass containing solid components. with small volume ascites. Underwent laparotomy & left salpingo-oophorectomy. Specimen was a 23x20x10cm mass weighing 6kg. Capsule smooth intact and internal surface bore solid papillary areas totalling approximately 40% of the total tumour volume. The specimen was sent for frozen section.

A 50 year old woman presented to her gynecologist with an episode of  postmenopausal bleeding lasting 4 days and  associated with lower abdominal cramping. Ultrasound revealed a markedly thickened endometrium up to 2 cm. An endometrial biopsy was performed which led to a hysterectomy and bilateral  salpingo-oophorectomy.
